• A booking is confirmed only once the required advance payment has been received and acknowledged in writing (email or booking confirmation).
• Rates quoted are per the itinerary/room category confirmed at the time of booking and are subject to change for unconfirmed enquiries.
• Guests must provide accurate identification and contact details at the time of booking and check-in, as required under Indian hospitality regulations.
• Check-in and check-out times will be communicated at the time of booking; early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability.

• Adventure and water-based activities carry inherent risk. Guests participate at their own discretion and must follow safety briefings and instructor guidance at all times.
• Atali Ganga and its staff are not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings, except where caused by our proven negligence.
• Guests are responsible for any damage caused to property, furnishings, or equipment during their stay, and may be charged for repair or replacement.
• We reserve the right to refuse service or end a stay without refund in cases of conduct that endangers other guests, staff, or property.

Atali Ganga is not liable for failure to perform any obligation due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, weather events, government restrictions, road closures, or epidemics/pandemics. Where such events affect a confirmed booking, the accommodations described in our Cancellation & Refund Policy apply.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with a booking or stay at Atali Ganga shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Dehradun, Uttarakhand.
