Any cancellation received within 31 days prior to your arrival will incur a charge of 50% of the booking value. Any cancellation received within 14 days prior to arrival will incur the full period charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel will be treated as a no-show and no refund will be given. In the event of premature departure, the full extent of the stay as originally booked and confirmed will be charged.

We understand that we can be faced with unforeseen and very challenging situations including but not limited to due to inclement weather, snow and ice conditions, political restrictions, travel bans, epidemics or pandemics, or any other cause. In such cases, we will allow a one-time date change* amendment if cancelled 7 days before arrival, which will be valid for one year from the date of the original booking. This flexibility will be available to those bookings where we have received 100% payment.
*Date change will be allowed and bookings will be reinstated as per rates prevailing at the time of rebooking and subject to availability. Any difference in tariff will be borne by the client.

Price Inclusions – Atali Signature Package

• Accommodation as applicable (hosts a maximum of 3 persons per cottage).
• Buffet lunch, dinner & breakfast at Atali as applicable per plan.
• Morning/Evening tea – coffee with cookies.
• Pre-dinner snacks (as per the menu of the day) with soft beverages/mixers served at the Cafe deck.
• 2 activities a day with activity transfers includes one rafting trip during your stay.

Exclusions

• Transport Charges from Rishikesh or Dehradun Airport.
• Driver’s accommodation. Hotels are available nearby at nominal charges. You can check with Byasi Hotel (9627864689) about rates and availability.
  
  

Check-in/Check-out Policy?

• Our check-in time is 12pm, and check-out is 10am. Please plan your activities and travel to and from Atali accordingly. If you are rafting on your day of departure, you would need to check out before leaving for the trip.
• Early check-in and late check-out will be subject to availability.

Please respect the check-out time. While doing that you would be helping us in providing timely and smooth check-in to the next guest. Please understand as the previous guests extended that courtesy and that is why we are now able to provide timely and smooth check-in to you. Let’s keep this virtuous cycle moving!

Our property is an oasis surrounded by Reserved Forest, and it is a thorough privilege to be so close to nature. If you book, come with the purpose of living in the valley of India’s holiest life force, the Ganga, for the call of the barking deer, or the midnight roar of the leopard; and for that lovely dull ache after a busy day in the great outdoors. This expectation will help you enjoy your holiday better, and we appreciate guests who realise this opportunity to commune with nature. While we try to make your stay comfortable and the best ever at Atali Ganga, we would request you to consider below –

• 80% of the property is built on a hillside, and you will have to walk a series of steps to reach your cottage. If your group includes infants, small kids and infirm elders, do request for cottages closer to the White Water Cafe (subject to availability).
• We do not have room service for food or TV’s in our rooms but have a cafe with delicious food and amazing views.
• Free WiFi is available in public spaces (cafe and lobby). Cellular connectivity to Airtel is very strong at Atali with high speed 4G. Vodafone/Jio has limited connectivity.
• We usually replace bed linen & towels once every 2 days but it can be done daily if needed (please request for the same).
• We are in the Himalayas, where water is in perennial shortage. We appreciate your sensitivity to our location.
• We are happy to host your maids as part of your family, at standard rates.
• Our White Water Café operates only during regular meal times, not 24X7.
• We do not allow loud music, DJ nights or personal music in central areas.

What Do I Need To Carry?

• Warm Clothing (depending on time of year, see temperature chart below)

By Road

Delhi to Atali Ganga
Driving Time: 6hrs (with a short-breakfast break)
Note: Try and leave Delhi between 4-5 a.m as driving time increases beyond 6 hours due to morning congestion in towns like Modinagar and Roorkee.

By Air

This is fastest and most convenient way of getting here, especially for guests who are not from Delhi and wish to get to Atali Ganga with little fuss. With 4 airlines – Spicejet, Indigo, Vistara & Air India flying to Dehradun from Delhi and with connecting flights from all the major cities in India reaching us has never been easier. We are 1 hr and 30 mins from the airport.
Note: Pickup from the Dehradun Airport can be arranged by us. Please ask us during your booking process for rates.

By Train

Please note: All trains except as specified by the Government of India are grounded at the moment. Once these restart, we expect the trains listed below to restart in due course of time.

Atali Ganga is 1.5 hours from the closest railhead at Haridwar. The morning Dehradun Shatabdi from Delhi or the overnight Mussoorie Express are both convenient ways of getting here.The Mussoorie Express gets you here on time to enjoy a full day after a good night’s sleep on the train.
